What it costs to play
Players can expect to pay an annual registration fee, seasonal competition fees (generally four times per year), and a one-off uniform fee.
Annual Competition Registration
$53 or $160
We primarily play in Sydney Social Basketball ($53 p/y) for mixed and men's competitions, and the Sydney Comets ($160 p/y) for women's competitions.
Season Fees
~$160-$250
$160-$250per season. Seasons usually run 10-14 weeks, and if you play year-round you’ll pay this four times. The exact cost depends on team size and the competition entered. More players means lower fees, but also less court time per person.
Uniform Cost
$88
$88 for a full uniform, or slightly less if you only need a jersey. Uniforms generally last several years. We can sometimes provide a loaner uniform if needed.
